25B-NBOMe is a synthetic psychedelic compound belonging to the NBOMe series, which are derivatives of the 2C family of phenethylamines. Like other NBOMe compounds, 25B-NBOMe is often sold on blotter paper. Typically cut into small squares that are soaked with the substance. It is similar in appearance to LSD blotters but is chemically distinct and has different effects.

25B-NBOMe produces strong hallucinogenic effects, including intense visual distortions, altered perceptions of reality, enhanced sensory experiences, and shifts in thinking patterns.
